On the access floor, there is a large response to input vibrations, and even if a single person walks, it will amplify in the vicinity of the installed machine. This leads to the possibility that the allowable limit value will be exceeded when using other equipment or when there are multiple walkers. The natural frequency is 100Hz or more. The vibration is almost the same level both on the floor and on the highly rigid foundation, and is not amplified.
