Resolution by total solution
Previously we faced micro-vibration trouble when photoresist was coated to the substrate at the large size LCD panel production factory. After the close investigation, our team found out that the base structure supporting the panel itself was vibrating. For such case, not only vibration isolation from the floor but also vibration control knowledge and knowhow became important. Tokkyokiki could resolve the trouble because we have wide coverage of vibration control technologies.

- Tokkyokiki may newly design the product if we determine that an optimal solution cannot be found within our existing product line-up. We will create the original product to meet customer’s needs and provide solutions to problems in any type of vibration environment. The needs for vibration disturbance range variously from micro-vibrations to earthquakes, and they change over time. For example, hospitals and other buildings are now installing generators and other equipment on rooftops instead of underground where they were used to be placed, in order to prevent water damage which has occurred frequently in recent years. When installed in high places, higher levels of vibration isolation and seismic control are required.
The birth of original 3D vibration excitation and isolation system
Tokkyokiki developed 3D vibration excitation and isolation system. It can recreate the 3-direction vibration environment just like actual site by simply input vibration data that is collected at the site investigation. 3D vibration excitation and isolation system is utilized at laboratories and other facilities. The reason to develop it is simply to meet the needs. Needs for vibration control is not only to suppress it, but also various engineering laboratories require to reproduce the vibration under specific environment intentionally.
